Our crazy summer started when our basement flooded from a heavy rainstorm in early June. We asked around for the names of contractors and were recommended JB Remodeling by a colleague who loved the work that Julio did for them. JB Remodeling helped us with demolition, drywall, painting, plumbing and flooring installation for that project. Julio and his team were responsive, capable, and flexible. Their rates are very reasonable for the high quality of service that they provide.
Since the flooding, we have had a number of unexpected house projects come up and Julio has helped us with a number of them, including fixing ceiling damage from a leak in an upstairs bathroom, light electrical work, and a mysterious drip coming from somewhere in our kitchen. Hopefully any future work on our house will be planned, but either way we will be calling JB Remodeling.
We hired Julio to work on a drywall project and his work exceeded my expectations. He is a good communicator, very responsive to my questions and requests. He completed his work on schedule. Julio noticed something unusual with some electrical wiring in one room and halted his work to investigate before putting up the drywall. He notified me the issue and resolved the problem before completing his drywall work. I greatly appreciate his good work ethic and will definitely hire Julio again in the future.
Julio Barrera and his team remodeled my bathroom and replaced the old galvanized pipes in March/April 2022. Their work was of the highest quality, timely and very reasonably priced. He handled everything; demolition, installation, lighting, flooring, painting and plumbing. I feel very fortunate to have found JB Remodeling and will definitely use them for all future needs and highly recommend them.
Julio and his team work have been excellent all the time. We used his company services for the past 4 to 5 years and he never failed to impressed us every time. Other contractors gave us quotes that were higher than his. His work was not only better priced, it was also better in quality and his services were more reliable than anyone else we have used.
